2023 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the fifth respondent to transfer the petitioners to the post of Secondary Grade Teachers any of the vacant or need post within the Parent Union of the petitioners i.e, the Sivakasi union in accordance with the Government Order in G.O.(1D) No.217, School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1) Department, dated 20.06.2019 and the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.19520 of 2019 and batch dated 25.11.2019 within the time period stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by Secondary Grade Teachers, challenging the order of deployment to a different Union on the ground that they are being rendered surplus.

2. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing on either side submits that the petitioners have been brought back to the parent union pending writ petition.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
