ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A10, who were arrested on 29.09.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.260 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The prosecution case is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the deceased with deadly weapon and caused to his death. Hence, the complaint.

3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but, a false case has been foisted as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.19501 of 2021 against him. He further submitted that based on the confession statement, the petitioner's name is implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 29.09.2021.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having seventeen previous cases to his credit in Crime Nos.245 of 2005, 976 of 2005, 692 of 2005, 524 of 2007, 96 of 2008, 140 of 2008, 207 of 2008, 418 of 2009, 420 of 2009, 233 of 2009, 444 of 2010, 680 of 2011, 600 of 2012, 282 0f 2012, 114 of 2014, 225 of 2016, 1043 of 2021, 09 of 2007, 754 of 2010 and 918 of 2011.

5. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
