Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioners are in enjoyment of the petition mentioned lands comprised in survey Nos.170/5 and 171/1 in Thirumurugapattinam Village, Karambakudi Taluk. They had given a representation dated 06.08.2021 to the respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the communication issued by the second respondent indicating that the petitioner's request cannot be accepted. The second respondent has to pass formal order and communicate the same to the writ petitioner so that they can 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.21804 OF 2021 question the same in the manner known to law. Such communication will be issued within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
