This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner as against the order dated 03.07.2018 passed in I.A.No.21 of 2017 in O.S.No.56 of 2017 by the learned Additional District Judge, Theni. The said application was filed to pass an order of attachment pending suit, in respect of the petition mentioned property. The said application was dismissed by the Court below. As against the same, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard both sides.
