For Respondent : Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.21 of 2020. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.6, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 366(A) of IPC, r/w 5(1) and 6, 17 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.21 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused have arranged and performed the marriage between the first accused and the minor victim girl. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioner was present in the alleged occurrence place and other than there is no specific over tact attributed against the petitioner.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report was also made ready.

CRL OP(MD). No.19386 of 2021 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the final report was made ready, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniyal, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. once in a week, until further orders.
