When this application is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that apart from this case, the petitioner has also involved in 11 previous cases.

2. Considering the antecedents, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the application. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
