PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Ni.Mu.Ti3/9903/2022 dated 27.07.2023 and quash the same as illegal and direct the 3rd respondent to issue the patta in the name of the petitioner's principal Chitradevi on the basis of sale deeds.

ORDER
