ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 06/10/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in S.C.No.129 of 2022 with in a period of six months, and the requisition letter dated 28/04/2023 in D.No.4133 of 2023, submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge,Virudhunagar District at Sriviliputtur, this Court made the following order:

The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District, Srivilliputtur, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further period of three months times to dispose of the case in S.C.No.129 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.10.2022.
