PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to register the name of the petitioner as a Contractor for the period 2023-2024 in the 4th respondent based on the representations of the petitioner dated 25.05.2023, 28.05.2023 and 17.07.2023 in a time bound manner.
