PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Corporation herein, to comply with the award of the Labour Court, Tirunelveli in I.D.Nos.27 of 2017 and 47 of 2015, dated 05.07.2017 and 08.01.2016 respectively within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court. For Petitioners : Mr.A.Thirumurthy For Respondent : Mr.K.Sathya Singh Standing counsel C O M M O N O R D E R Both the learned counsel concur on the position that the petitioners in the respective writ petitions may be permitted to move claim petitions in terms of Section 33C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act before the Labour Court, seeking implementation of the awards dated 05.07.2017 and 08.01.2016 respectively.

2. Recording the aforesaid and granting permission as sought, these Writ Petitions stand disposed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
