Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet maintained by the second respondent.

3.It is not in dispute that after 2018, the petitioner has not come under the adverse notice of the respondents. The petitioner's record is clean for the last two years. The respondents are directed to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained by the second respondent.
