PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Cr.MP.No.2176/2021 dated 08.10.2021 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court of Ramanathapuram and modify the onerous 3rd condition to remit a sum of Rs.60,000/- as cost within a period of 1/5

ORDER
Challenging the condition No.3 of the impugned order dated 08.10.2021 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Court of Ramanathapuram in Crl.MP.No.2176 of 2021, this Criminal Revision Petition is filed.
2. The petitioner filed a petition under Section 451 and 457 of Cr.P.C., seeking interim custody of tractor and trailer bearing registration No.TN-38-BP-9484. The said petition was allowed with several conditions, among which, the third condition was to remit a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) as cost within a period of two weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, by way of an individual deposit in favor of the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram, who shall receive the said amount as an Environmental Fund.

3. The learned Government Advocate Mr.M.Sakthti Kumar submitted that the impugned order is of the year 2021 in an application filed as early as in the year 2021, and the matter has been pending for a long and the tractor is in the custody of the learned Trial Court.
4. Recording the same, this Court hereby interferes with the third condition of the impugned order and modifies the same as "the petitioner is directed to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as cost instead of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only)".
