Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.(*)According to the Learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.30 of 2019 registered on the file of the second respondent.

3.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent. It is not the case of the respondent police that apart from the aforesaid case, the petitioner has come under their adverse notice. Crl.O.P(MD)No.19403 of 2021 contest the case. The respondent police will deal with the petitioner only in the manner known to law.
