ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 9(B)(1)(a) of Indian Explosives Act, 1884, in Crime No.56 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is manufacturing the fire crackers without getting proper approval from the government. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but, a false case has been foisted as against him. He further submitted that the co-accused were arrested and thereafter released on bail.
4.The Learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)appearing for the respondent police submitted without getting proper license from the government, the petitioner manufacturing crackers and also submitted that no previous case is pending against this petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

5. Taking into consideration the allegations and gravity of the offence committed by this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
