[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue the community certificate on par with that of 'Bauri Caste' which has been classified as Schedule Caste Community at West Bengal for the petitioner's children namely S.Thulasi and S.Krishna Doss on the basis of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.06.2018.

2. By producing the copy of the communication sent by the Tahsildar, Madurai East, to the learned Government Advocate in Na.Ka.No. 418/2024/Aa2, dated 19.02.2024, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents stated that the petitioner is residing at Poovanthi Village, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District and therefore, he has to approach the competent jurisdictional authority for issuing community certificate and the said 'Hindu Bauri Caste' has not been included in the list of Scheduled Castes in

Tamil Nadu and the same has not been notified in the Gazette by the State Government.
