ORDER : The petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 06.10.2022 and the requisition letter of the Sessions Judge (FAC)s, Special Court for trial of cases under POCSO act, Tirunelveli, vide letter in D.No. 2247/2024, dated 18/11/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SATHEESH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:- Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "Extension of time for lower Court at 2.15 p.m.".

2. A letter, dated 18.11.2024, has been received from the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tirunelveli seeking extension of time for a period of three months to dispose of the case in Spl.CC.No.10 of 2022.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Sessions Judge, time already granted by this Court is extended by a period of three months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tirunelveli is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
