For Respondents : Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR INTERSTATE ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Inter-State Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.294 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondents police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 67, 67(A) and 67(B) of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.294 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had seen pornography films in his mobile phone and also he had taken some obscene photos and transmitted to his twitter account. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that false complaint has been given against the petitioner and he has nothing to do with the said allegations. He further submitted that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to him to enable him to move the appropriate jurisdictional Court in New Delhi for necessary relief.

No.17942 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of four weeks from today to enable him to move the concerned Court. 5.Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of four weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate.
