This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had given representation dated 06.11.2019. It is submitted that if a fresh representation is submitted by the petitioner, the same will be considered.

Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to consider the fresh representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from such representation. 4.This Writ Petition stands disposed with the above direction.
