D.No.2294, dated 11.03.2024, requesting for further One month to dispose of the CMA(CS) No.28 of 2021, this Court made the following order, This Court, while disposing of this writ petition in WP(MD) No.21241 of 2023, by its order dated 31.08.2023 has directed the learned Presiding Officer, Cooperative Tribunal (Principal District Court), Madurai to dispose of the appeal in CMA (CS) No.28 of 2021, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.The learned Principal District Judge, Madurai has circulated a letter dated 11.03.2024, seeking one month time to dispose of CMA (CS) No.28 of 2021 that in the above CMA, argument of the respondents was heard and CMA was posted for orders on 08.03.2024.
