For Respondent : Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.381/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 302 IPC @ 324, 302, 120(b), 109, 147, 148, 452, 34 IPC in Crime No.381 of 2022, sees bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons trespassed into the house of the deceased and murdered the deceased and also caused injuries to some other 4 persons. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the deceased were the business partners. The petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.18045 of 2022 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that due to enmity in business, the petitioner has committed this offence and opposed to grant bail. 6.Considering the nature of offence and also considering the fact that the investigation is not yet completed and if the petitioner is released on bail, he may tamper the evidence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
