Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SASIDHARAN TAMILKANI.S.T., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17923 of 2021 on 17.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is living in Bodinayakkanur and petitioner's health condition is in critical stage hence he could not travel to Kodaikanal and report before the respondent police daily and he prayed for modification of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17923 of 2021 on 17.11.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, daily at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.30 a.m for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
