Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The prayer in the writ petition is that the registering authority should not register any document presented by the private respondents in respect of the petition-mentioned property. 2/4

4. The registering authority being the statutory functionary would definitely discharge his functions as per law. It is not necessary for the writ Court to issue a writ of mandamus for that purpose.

5. If the petitioner has any private dispute with respondents 5 to 15 herein, it is for the writ petitioner to file a civil suit before the jurisdictional civil Court. Granting the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
