Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed in the 7the paragraph of the order made in Cr.M.P.No.686 of 2021, dated 01.02.2021 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Madurai, directing the petitioner to execute the bond for Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai, instead of the same, he may be released on bail on personal surety by extending the time to execute bail bond.

This Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.686 of 2021, dated 01.02.2021, directing the petitioner to execute the bond for Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai, instead of the same, he may be released on bail on personal surety by extending the time to execute bail bond.
2.Today (i.e.,10.02.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has already furnished the sureties and was released on bail.
