ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2025 and delete the name of the sixth respondent's father, Thangaraj from Patta No.1150 in respect of the property situated in Survey No.490/1C in Silvarpatti Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District.

2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the sixth respondent, notice to the sixth respondent is dispensed with.

3. According to the petitioner, he purchased 20 cents of land in the above mentioned survey number under two sale deeds dated 27.11.2023 and 09.09.2024 from one Kulanthaivel and Tamilselvi. In the revenue documents for the subject property, the name of the sixth respondent's father, Thangaraj, had been erroneously included. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.05.2025 seeking deletion of the name of the sixth respondent's late

father, Thangaraj from the revenue records. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5, would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner, the sixth respondent and other interested parties/pattadars.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
