PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the property in Survey No.359, Chockalingapuram, Bodiamanvadi Village, Dindigul District, until disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 05.08.2025 under Section 41(4) of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the respondents to afford the petitioner a personal hearing and pass orders in accordance with law, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
