ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 13.08.2022 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.152 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 26.07.2022 at about 05.30 p.m., Situlotti Village Administrative Officer had lodged a complaint before the respondent police stating that one unidentified dead body was floating on the Well situated in one Samiraj's garden. After investigation, the respondent police found that there existed money dispute between the deceased Balaji and the accused, for which, the accused persons murdered the said Balaji. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. No.17986 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that investigation is pending. 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged as against the petitioner and also the fact that investigation is not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
