ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that his representation dated 11.07.2025 has not been addressed by the official respondents.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police has initiated petition enquiry in CSR.No.231 of 2025 on 09.08.2025 and the same is pending. 3.The petitioner has lodged the complaint, on 11.07.2025 and the respondent Police initiated enquiry only on 09.08.2025. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to withdraw the petition enquiry in CSR.No.231 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent and entrust 2/4
the same to some other sincere Officer and shall ensure that proper enquiry is conducted on the petitioner's complaint. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
