Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17904 of 2021, dated 17.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly. The petitioners are belong to Trichy District. The condition is to appear before the Inspector of Police, Ambasamudram. Since the petitioners are being ladies and the 1st petitioner is working as a Teacher in Trichy District, they are unable to stay at Ambasamudram and comply the condition. Hence, he seeks modification.

CRL MP(MD) No.10983 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have complying the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 17.11.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17904 of 2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a Month i.e., on first Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
