Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by MR.K.A.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3 and the Advocate for the petitioner praying To Call for the entire records in detention order passed in P.D No. 20/2019 dated 04.10.2019 on the file of the 2nd Respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely P.BONDA MANI ALIAS MANIKANDAN, S/O. Panneerselvam, male, aged 22 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Trichirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty. Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by Wednesday, the Fourteenth day of November Two Thousand and Nineteen (14.11.2019) to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
