This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner on the basis of a complaint given by respondent Nos.3 and 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on a complaint given by respondent Nos.3 and 4, against the petitioner / practicing Advocate that the petitioner has not filed a case even after accepting the fee, the respondent No.2 Police have been harassing the petitioner. Therefore, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the complaint filed by respondent Nos.3 and 4 has already been closed, directing them to approach the Bar Council of the State, in case, if they have got any grievance against the petitioner / Practising Advocate.

4. Since the petition filed by the unofficial respondent has already been closed, no further orders can be passed in this case. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
