Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent i.e., the Assistant Treasury Officer, Sub-Treasury, Manamadurai, relating to his letter in Na.Ka.No.164/2018, dated 19.06.2018, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents i.e., the Principal Secretary and Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai, the Treasury Officer, Sivagangai and the Assistant Treasury Officer, SubTreasury, Manamadurai, to arrange to re-fix the pension as per the recommendations of the VII Pay Commission based on the re-fixed basic pension of Rs.3,277/-, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
