O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 27.11.2018, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of the patta that was issued in favour of the third respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the enquiry is now pending before the first respondent.
3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conduct the enquiry based on the representation made by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and by affording an opportunity to both of them and final orders shall be 2/4
passed on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a representation to the first respondent along with a copy of this order.
4. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
