ORDER

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the concerned Labour Court by filing appropriate claim petition under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (hereinafter referred to as "the I.D.Act").

2. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Labour Court with claim petition to be filed under Section 33-C(2) of the I.D.Act.

4. No costs.
