2. Though four weeks time had been granted in the Writ Petition, further sixteen (16) weeks is granted, since it is stated by learned Additional Government Pleader, Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar that there are 15 persons in occupation and an elaborate enquiry will have to be done with respect to documents produced by them.

3. Since the time is extended for further period of 16 weeks, the Contempt Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to come back again, if again the time line is not kept up by the respondents.

4. With the above observations, this Contempt Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
