ORDER

Heard the leaned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is figuring as an accused in Crime No.2 of 2015 registered on the file of the respondent. Originally, investigation was done by some other agency. A positive final report was filed against the petitioner and the case was taken on file as C.C.No.65 of 2016. Thereafter, further investigation was ordered and investigation was entrusted to the respondent herein.

3. The respondent herein submitted a supplementary final report for closing the case as 'Mistake of Fact'. RCS notice has since been issued to the complainant. But then, the case is hanging fire ever since. Therefore, the Court below is directed to conclude the RCS proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
