3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the respondent police have completed the investigation in Crime No.241 of 2021 and filed a final report before the concerned Court.

3. Since the very purpose for filing this petition had already been defeated on account of filing the final report, cause does not survive for the petitioner to continue this petition. Therefore, the petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in case, if he is advised so.
