ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 & 3, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.07.2021 and 17.07.2021 respectively for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 120(b), 506(ii), 109, 212, 114, 149 and 34 IPC in Crime No.227 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioners before this Court and the earlier petition filed by them in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.8886 of 2022 was dismissed by this Court as withdrawn on 11.05.2022.

CRL OP(MD). No.18012 of 2022 this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
