ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2645 of 2021 dated 11.11.2021 on the file of the learned Principal District & Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram and modify the onerous conditions third and sixth.

2. Since the vehicle is in the custody of the co-owner, the petitioner could not able to transfer the ownership of the vehicle in favour of the petitioner. He possessed original RC book one in the name of Arumugam and also original sale agreement dated 21.09.2017.

3. Considering the above, the condition No.6 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall file an undertaking affidavit immediately after return of the vehicle and he shall change the ownership in his favour within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of taking possession of the vehicle. All other conditions shall remain intact.
