ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai to dispose the case in Cr.R.P. No. 69 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Cr.R.P. No. 69 of 2014 is pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, from the year 2014 and thereby, direction may be issued to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai to complete the enquiry and pass orders.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, taking into consideration that the Cr.R.P. No. 69 of 2014 is pending from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 13675 of 2018 year 2014, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose of the Cr.R.P. No. 69 of 2014, within a period of Four Months, from today.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed off.
