Heard both sides.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government pleader on instructions confirmed that survey No.43/3 of Kulamangalam Village is a water-body. The allegation of the petitioner is twofold. He would state that sewage water is being discharged into the water-body. He also alleges that there are encroachments.

3. The respondents will see to it that the sewage water is not discharged into the water-body. If there are encroachments, after issuance of appropriate notice, encroachments shall be cleared. The entire exercise 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.21882 OF 2024 shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands allowed on these terms. No costs.
