ORDER

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 1939 days in filing to set aside abatement against the respondent No.1 in the appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/-(Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Services Committee, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
