RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an extension of time to execute the order dated 01.09.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14854/2022 on the file of this Honourable court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court mat deem fit and proper in the circumstances Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since he was not able to obtain leave from the employer, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.14854 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022. 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14854 of 2022 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
