Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case charge sheet has been filed and taken cognizance in C.C.No.385 of 2023 before the concerned trial Court.

2.Though interim order was granted for a period of two weeks, that was not extended. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
