Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District to take up the complaint of the petitioner on file and issue suitable direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the case upon his complaint dated 10.3.2019 and to conduct fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law. O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District to take up the complaint of the petitioner on file and issue suitable direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the case upon his complaint dated 10.3.2019 and to conduct fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law.

2. It is seen that the petitioner filed private complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District and it was returned for want of one reason or another. The reason for final return is that the learned Magistrate asked for documents to be filed for the offence.

3. Hence, the learned Magistrate is directed to take the complaint and thereafter conduct enquiry and if any documents filed to substantiate the crime committed by the accused persons, shall proceed further or otherwise pass orders on merits and in accordance in law. Further the petitioner is directed to represent the complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
