ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(a) and 7(2)(c) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Cr.No. 179 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on secret information received, the defacto 1/3

complainant, who is the Sub Inspector of Police, had raided the Aalaya lodge, at that time, in Room No.301, three victims were secured and they confessed that at the instigation of the petitioner, they decided to do prostitution. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the allegation that three victims were rescued from the place of the petitioner and the petitioner has also got one previous case similar in nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
