The petitioners/accused in Crime No.271 of 2023, on the file of the first respondent police have moved this petition to quash the above proceedings pending as against them.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 271 of 2023 has already been completed, final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Illupur, in STC No.78 of 2025 and the case is posted to 24.09.2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed and the same was also taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, 2/4
