ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.143 of 2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that a negative final report has been made ready.

3. The respondent is directed to serve the RCS notice along with the entire final report on the petitioner herein within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent shall also file the same before the jurisdictional Court within two weeks. If the jurisdictional Magistrate decides to accept the negative final report, then, the jurisdictional Magistrate shall cause fresh notice to be served on the petitioner, so that, the petitioner can file a protest petition.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
