This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the FIR in connection with Crime No.2/2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police,All Women Police Station,Alangulam, Tenkasi District and quash the same as illegal.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that after full trial the petitioner was acquitted in C.C.No.907 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
