ORDER
The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the fourth respondent to disburse the Gratuity of Rs.2,08,627/- payable to the petitioner with 10% interest per annum as stipulated in the Payment of Gratuity Act 1972.
2.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.Shanmugaraja Sethupathy, learned counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. From the materials on record, it is seen that the petitioner filed an application before the authority and the same was rejected by the authority. Against the said order of rejection, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent. The first respondent also rejected the said appeal. Without challenging the order of rejection of the appeal, the petitioner has come out with the present writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
