Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ma.Tho.Mu.169/09 dated 10.11.2009 passed by the 5th respondent, quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

The writ petition was filed to quash the order of the 5th respondent Deputy Tahsildar. The petitioner has filed an appeal simultaneously and has also preferred this writ petition.

2.Therefore, this Court directed the competent authority to rectify the UDR defect and conclude the enquiry on 11.112024. Since the same was not concluded, the extended period of time was granted till 21/12/2026 and the case was posted for reporting compliance.

3.It is submitted that the 2nd respondent District Revenue Officer has passed an order dated 24.02.2026. The said order states that the petitioner's appeal was dismissed. If

the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the competent Court. The same is recorded.

4.The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 24.02.2026 passed by the 2nd respondent District Revenue Officer as per law. 09-03-2026 Tmg To
